We are passionate about customer service and quality. You will get to meet our friendly team Sandie, Colin, and Ross and our occasional relief drivers Rob, Ronnie and Vaughan.
Sandie, Owner Operator
Sandie has successfully run an event management company, a medical practice and a Bnb. She has worked as a nurse both at Waikato Hospital and in private practice. She moved to Papamoa permanently nearly 3 years ago and has just taken over Bay Topsoil. Her friendly demeanour and enthusiasm and attention to personal service will be obvious. She is likely to be the person you speak to on the other end of the phone.
Colin, Yard Manager
Colin has over twenty years of experience in the industry. He will be your point of contact when Sandie is not available. He may be loading you, directing you, or delivering to you on occasions. Colin has a passion of cars and motorcycles and has a love of the great sport of rugby. He will continue to bring the great service that’s you all expect from Bay Topsoil.
Ross, Yard assistant and Truck Driver
Ross is the Junior Yard Assistant and will soon be a class 2 truck driver as well.
He is our resident Bogan who hides his mullet, listens to rock music, wears jeans and black t-shirts, and can be found tinkering with his car.
He is likely to be Screening, Loading you or delivering smaller loads to you.
